In 2011, while working at local retail sales for a living, I always felt unfulfilled in the reality that

was my professional life. Each day I was given the opportunity to learn, grow, and adapt; I did,

but I still felt there was something missing that I needed to feel fulfilled, professionally. Although

there was a sense of pride in my work and solid business acumen that I had acquired from it, I

realized that I had potential in other areas.

In 2013 I decided to leave the retail and journey into the fast-paced life of sales. My job

consisted of eyeglass sales and contact orders from several labs, which taught me to multi-task

and be process-oriented in my dealings with my anxious patients. At this point, I enjoyed my

career and felt fulfilled. It wasn’t until 6 years later that I realized I was still missing a piece of

the puzzle and that piece was entrepreneurship. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I would have

the most joy that I’d ever had as a professional working in real estate and helping others to

make what can sometimes be the most expensive purchase we Americans make.

As I began my journey into real estate I realized that it was a tough fast-paced career. This was

just the change I’d been looking for. So I took a faith step and quit that job and began my career

in real estate.

The journey didn't begin easily. As a matter of fact, it was extremely difficult. For

the first 9 months, I had no closings. I went to open houses, did seminars for homebuyers, and

adhered to everything I was told to no avail. So After a year at that brokerage I left.

After my first week, with my current brokerage, eXp Realty, I finally saw light at the end of the

tunnel. I had 13 new clients by the end of the first week. By that summer I’d seen the most

volume I’d ever seen, not to mention this was at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. By the

end of that year, I’d managed to sell over 5.8 million and since I’ve been with eXp I’ve capped

both years. As it stands I’m set to repeat that after my cap reset date this year and it seems that

I am on the road to selling more than I sold last year.

In conclusion, I started off as a retail employee with a dream but no vision. As time progressed I

realized my potential and went on to focus my drive and passion and that derived tremendous

results. I strive to instill this passion into all lines of my work. I have specialized in new build

closings with my clients and am privy to the process of how it works and am amply suited for

listing them as well. I look forward to meeting you all and thank you so much for your generous

consideration.
